The project offers full-time high school education, meals, transportation, teaching materials, and uniforms, annually serving 720 young people, 80% of whom are full scholarship recipients from public schools and low-income families. Currently, more than 80% of graduate students gain admission to public or private universities with 100% scholarships in various courses, from aeronautical engineering to medicine, law, or teaching degrees.

Diverse Science: Is a program that encourages the formation of underrepresented groups in STEM fields, benefiting organizations and impacting the lives of hundreds of girls in the São José dos Campos region. The 2023 edition targeted self-declared black and brown individuals aged 6 to 24 years.

Wings of Good: Wings of Good is a connection platform where volunteers and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) share social and educational causes to benefit underrepresented groups in society.
